Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and [Company name, org. no.], Sweden (“we”). By creating an account you accept them and our privacy policy. If you use Afterparty for a company, you accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 16.

What Afterparty does

Afterparty reads meeting transcripts, finds the actions, reads your connected apps for context and prepares drafts. Nothing is sent, posted or changed in your apps until you approve that single item. Approving an email creates a draft in Gmail or Outlook; it does not send it.

Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.

Your content

Fair use

Do not use Afterparty to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, get around its limits, reverse engineer it, or overload it. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why unless the law or security stops us.

Connected apps

When you connect an app such as Gmail, Slack or HubSpot, its own terms still apply. Afterparty acts in that app only on your approval and only with the access you gave it. You can disconnect at any time.

Price

You can try Afterparty for free, without a credit card. The free trial has a limit on how many meetings you can run. Features can change while we build it. If you want more, paid plans may be offered, and you will never be charged without signing up for one.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is then removed as described in the privacy policy. We can end the service or your account with 30 days' notice by email, or right away if you seriously break these terms.

No warranty and liability

Afterparty is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or a lost deal, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 euros if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before. If you keep using Afterparty after that, the new terms apply.

Law

Swedish law applies, and disputes go to Swedish courts, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to something else.
