Edit drafts and ask for changes

Change a draft yourself, or tell the agent what to change.

A draft is a starting point. There are two ways to change it: edit it yourself, or tell the agent what you want.

Edit it yourself

Click in the draft, or press E, and type. Your changes are saved when you click outside the draft. Press Esc to stop editing, or ⌘ Enter to approve right away.

For emails, keep the first line as To: Name <address>. For invites, keep the Title: and When: lines. If one goes missing, Afterparty tells you what to fix before you approve.

Ask the agent

Under the draft is a field for the agent. Write what you want in plain words and press Enter. The agent rewrites the draft and answers in a short chat, so you can keep going until it is right.

  • Shorter, and drop the part about pricing.
  • Write it in Swedish.
  • Friday at 14 instead. (for invites and time blocks)
  • Why did you pick this thread? You can ask questions too.

Remember it for next time

Click Remember before you send a change to use it for every draft like this one from now on. Always sign off with Best, Sam only needs to be said once. What you ask it to remember shows up in Memory, where you can change or remove it.

Change the whole meeting

In a meeting, the field at the bottom of the page talks to all its drafts at once. Use it for changes that apply to several drafts, such as use first names everywhere, or to add something the agents missed, such as also send Maya the slides.
