Connect your apps

Pick where drafts land and what the agents may read.

Apps do two things in Afterparty. The agents read them for context, so drafts get the right names, threads and times. And approved drafts land in them: an email draft in Gmail, a message in Slack, a note in HubSpot. Afterparty works without any apps, but drafts are much better with them.

Connect an app

  1. Open Setup from the account menu in the bottom left corner.
  2. Find the app and click + connect.
  3. A window opens where you sign in to the app and allow access. When it says the app is connected, close it.

You can also connect apps from Add apps in the new meeting box, during the tour, or right when you approve a draft for an app you have not connected yet.

Where drafts go

Under Where approved drafts go, each kind of draft has one default app. Click an app to make it the default. You can still pick another app on any single draft under Goes to.

What the agents read

Every connected app can give the agents context: earlier email threads with the people in the meeting, free times in your calendar, the deal in your CRM, what was already said in Slack. They read only what the action at hand needs, at the moment they draft it, and never change anything. Some apps, such as monday.com, Google Drive and OneDrive, are only read for context. All integrations

All integrations in the account menu lists every app. Search for one, click it to see what Afterparty can do with it and how it is used in your setup, and connect, reconnect or disconnect it.

All integrations with HubSpot open: what it can do and the connect button

Disconnect an app

Open All integrations, click the app and click Disconnect. The agents stop reading it and nothing more lands in it. If an app shows Expired, click Reconnect and sign in again.
